Freelance PHP/MYSQL ninja

Hi all,

Due to on-going marketing and expansion of my business, I am now on the lookout for 1 or 2 PHP/MYSQL ninjas to join my existing small team on an on-going basis.

My business specializes in 100% unique Content Management Systems and websites powered by them. Each and every project we do is custom made, to a clients specifications and the budgets provided reflect that.

I'm not looking for the cheapest developers, I'm looking for the BEST!

> Are you a UK or USA / CANADA based Freelance Developer?

> Can you produce top quality, hand-coded PHP/MYSQL on a regular basis (per-project to start, with Salary expected by the end of the year)?

> Are you able to take a rough brief and offer input and experienced suggestions that will impress the client and expand a project to a usable, scalable website.

> Are you dedicated to the work you do, take pride in what you develop and am constantly looking to push your skills to the absolute limit?

> Can you provide neat, well-thought out and cleverly structured code to tight deadlines, whilst still being able to have fun and enjoy your work?

> Are you able to provide work that is ABOVE the expected standard, with plenty of nice additional features that will improve a project further than originally discussed?

If you answered YES to the above, I really want to hear from you! I have been in this industry for 10 years, so I know what to look out for. I also know that you get what you pay for, so I am looking to sub-contract DECENT developers, not cheap ones. Obviously however price is a factor in every project, but rest assured that I appreciate how much things cost.
